How It Works
Over 9-weeks, you will experience 8 Life-Changing Deep Dive Live Calls led by Lorin:
– Powerful Module Calls – Transformational teachings on deep coaching and deep selling.
– Practice Calls – Where you apply and integrate the work in real time.
- After each Module Call, you’ll receive a written workbook to dive deeper, process breakthroughs, and integrate the teachings. These structured assignments allow you to create real, lasting internal shifts between sessions.
- Throughout the program, you’ll have access to a private online community of like-minded, aspiring, and advanced coaches, visionaries and leaders—where you can share your progress, connect, and receive ongoing support.
- Access Beyond the Program: Although the program officially runs for 9 weeks, you will have an additional month of free access to the online space. This allows you to revisit recorded calls, refine your insights, and stay engaged with the community.

Modules
Module 1: Coach to the Core and Transform to the Core
Master the art of facilitating true transformation and lasting change. This is about guiding a client to the core of their challenge in the shortest time possible.
How do you open a session with clarity and presence. How do you close it with precision so the client leaves transformed and grounded. What do you do when something confronting arises. How do you instantly know what is needed so you can serve at the highest level every time.
This is the essence of Module One.
You will learn the number one reason why most coaching remains stuck at the mind level and you will learn to break through it every time. You will learn to access the deeper layers of a client’s patterns, conditioning, belief systems, and internal narratives so transformation becomes meaningful, sustainable, and rooted in truth. No bypassing, no surface-level insight. Clarity that creates real change.
Module 2: Sell to the Core
Lorin always has a waiting list. He chooses who he works with. Clients come to him because of the clarity of his presence and the integrity of his approach.
In Module Two you will learn to sell in a way that is aligned, authentic, and grounded in integrity. If you are seeking manipulative sales tactics, this is not the place. It is fully possible to sell with truth and an open heart. Lorin is the embodiment of that.
You will learn the nuances and subtleties that separate a coach who struggles from a coach who is sought after.
This Module includes how to price your offer with clarity, how to handle objections with confidence, and how to speak to your ideal client in a way that is deeply authentic and compelling.
You will also deepen your relationship with money, embody your worth with clarity, and strengthen the internal foundations that allow you to lead and serve at the highest level.
Module 3: Structure and Containment
Whether you are already serving clients at the highest level or are creating your first offer, this Module goes to the heart of your coaching structure. This is an area many coaches overlook and it leads to avoidable challenges.
You need a crystal clear offering. How many calls are available in between sessions. What are the boundaries. How do you manage expectations. What belongs in your coaching agreement. How do you uphold the integrity of your coaching container. How do you handle clients who resist, withdraw, or experience strong triggers as you guide them deeper.
Lorin will support you to create a structure and containment that frees you from emotional exhaustion, over-giving, and slipping into people-pleasing or service-provider patterns.
You will also learn embodied boundaries as they are essential for high-level coaching. Many coaches struggle with rescuing, overholding, or compromising themselves. This Module protects both you and your client so true transformation can happen.
Module 4: Creating Inner Freedom
This is one of the most overlooked elements in coaching. You learn how to coach and how to sell but rarely learn how to feel free within the intensity of high-level coaching.
How do you take care of yourself to thrive as a coach and support yourself to serve at the highest level, to break through plateaus and go deeper into your own being. What should you do before a session. How do you decompress and integrate after guiding a client through a powerful breakthrough. How do you stay resourced, grounded, and clear as you continue to serve at the highest standard.
This Module also covers client repeat. Clients continue their journey with you because you offer depth, clarity, and genuine transformation. With this approach you no longer need to chase for new clients. A few strong leads are enough to create a thriving, stable, and deeply fulfilling coaching practice.

Schedule
The program spans 9 weeks, with 12 weeks’ access to a private container of committed participants, and includes 4 Module calls and 4 Practice calls. Module calls take place on Sundays and are 120 minutes each, except for the first Module call, which is 2.5 hours. Practice calls take place on Fridays and are 60 minutes each, except for the final Practice call, which is 1.5 hours.

1) Who is this program for?
This program is designed for both new and experienced coaches who want to master deep transformative coaching, embody authentic and aligned selling, and experience true inner freedom and abundance in their work.

2) I’m a beginner coach—can I join?
Absolutely. This program is the best place to start. Lorin created The Core Method™ for a version of himself who once needed this guidance, when he had to learn through trial and error how to become a thriving, fulfilled coach. This program offers you a powerful shortcut and a solid foundation, as long as you’re willing to show up fully and commit to the work

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. The Core Method™ has been independently assessed and accredited by The CPD Group, providing external recognition of the program’s quality and professional development value.
The program carries 17 CPD Credits, representing 17 hours of recognised CPD learning that participants can record as evidence of their ongoing professional development.

5) Is The Core Method™ CPD Accredited, and what will I receive?
Yes. The Core Method™ Training is officially CPD Accredited by The CPD Group and carries 17 CPD Credits.
Participants who successfully meet the program’s completion requirements will receive a Statement of Completion for The Core Method™ and recognition of the 17 CPD Credits associated with the accredited training.
The accreditation can be independently verified on The CPD Register under Activity #1021365. Approved CPD Provider #790824.
6) What are the exact times of the calls?
The exact schedule of the Program can be found on this page. Please note, it is your responsibility to see whether there is a time zone change during the Program. Our Programs are attended by participants from all over the world. Seasonal time zone changes are likely to occur and we cannot guarantee that our published times are updated accordingly. We provide a link to an official time zone converter to make sure each participant has the right time for their location.
7) What if I miss a live call?
Full participation is recommended, however, if you miss a live call you will have access to the recording within 24 hours after. Many of our participants have gained immense value while participating in our Programs without attending the live-calls.
8) How many hours do I need to invest on a weekly basis into the program?
Ideally 2-4 hours but not compulsory.
9) What is the refund policy?
We reserve the legal right to no refunds or credits of any kind.
10) Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is 100% refundable either as part of the tuition of the program or if we don’t accept your application. However, please note that if you have been accepted into the Program and choose to withdraw from the application process the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because we go through every application in great depth with Lorin personally to see whether it aligns with our offering.
11) Are there payment plans?
If your financial situation doesn’t allow you to pay the program in full we are happy to offer you options for payment plans. Please note that we do not offer more than 3-installment-payment-plans for our programs and the last installment needs to be paid 2 weeks before the program ends. Please note that payment plans are offered at the normal price of the Program plus 10% for admin and transaction costs.
12) Is this Program a substitute for therapy?
This Program is not a substitute for therapy or for diagnosing any underlying conditions. We cannot promise or guarantee any results as each participant is solely responsible for any personal and professional growth.
